A sculpture museum built below the dune line, with a terrace of works looking out over the beach.
The building hides itself in the dune so that almost nothing shows from the boulevard, and the reward for finding it is a collection of twentieth-century and contemporary sculpture shown partly indoors and partly on open terraces facing the sea. It is the obvious pairing with a Scheveningen afternoon and the obvious escape when the wind comes up. The fairytale figures along the boulevard above belong to the same museum and are free.
